Equine Dreams prides itself on the quality of our service and we always endeavour to meet the highest standards our customers deserve.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then we offer the following terms and conditions for your satisfaction.
If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, or is incorrect, then please contact us immediately (or within 48 hours of receipt) We will then arrange the best course of action to take. In all the above instances any costs incurred in returning items will be fully reimbursed.
If your product has developed a fault then please contact us . We can then arrange your preferred course of action.
If for any other reason you want to return a product to us we offer a 30 day returns policy. All that we ask is that you please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the item and return the item – unused and in its original packaging – within 30 days of receipt. We recommend that you use a signed for service, via a reputable courier, such as DHL Express with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item. To facilitate a speedy refund or replacement, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed.
